Sell software you can stand behind, to clients you already have
If you already advise Saudi businesses — as an accountant, a consultant, an IT house or an agency — you are being asked for ERP, POS, CRM and e-invoicing every month. Partner with us and you answer that question with a product you can demo the same day, on a commission that recurs for as long as the client stays.
We build the software ourselves, in Saudi Arabia, for Saudi compliance. That means you are not reselling a foreign licence and hoping support answers in your timezone.
Commission that recurs
You are paid on the first sale and on every renewal the client makes afterwards, for as long as they stay on the platform. A book of thirty clients is an income, not thirty one-off fees.
Our own products
Eight products built in-house. When a client needs a change, the answer is a development ticket to our own team — not an email to a vendor abroad who may or may not reply.
ZATCA compliance handled
Every platform issues Phase 2 invoices, cleared or reported through Fatoora. You sell the outcome the client is actually anxious about, and you never carry the compliance risk yourself.
Demo account on day one
You get your own demo tenant for every product, with sample data you can reset. You show a working system in the first meeting instead of a slide deck.
We do the hard part
Migration, configuration, training and support are ours. You keep the relationship and the commission; you do not have to build an implementation team to earn from software.
Your client stays your client
Registered leads are protected for the period set in your agreement. We do not approach your client behind you, and we say so in writing rather than as a reassurance.
Two ways to work with us
Pick the level of involvement that matches your business
You can send us a name and be paid for it, or you can run the whole relationship yourself and price it as your own. Most partners start at the first level and move up once they have closed a few.
01
Referral
Lowest effort
You introduce the client. We do everything else and pay you on what we collect.
Commission rates are set in the signed partner agreement and depend on the tier, the product and the deal size. Ask and we will send the current schedule — we would rather quote you a real number than publish one that changes.
What you would be selling
Eight products, one price list, one support desk
Five platforms and three add-ons. Most partners lead with the one that matches their existing clients — restaurants get Foodzy, trading companies get EazyERP, agencies and consultancies get UpCore CRM — and sell the rest as those clients grow.
Every one of them issues ZATCA Phase 2 invoices and runs in Arabic and English.
How it works
From a name on a form to a commission in your account
Six steps, and only the first two are yours. We deliberately keep the partner's workload at the front of the process, where your relationship is worth the most.
Who this fits
The partners who do well here have something in common
They already have the trust. They are not cold-calling — they are answering a question a client has already asked them. If that describes you, this works. If it does not, it will be slow, and we would rather say so now.
Accounting and audit firmsYour clients ask you which system to use every time ZATCA moves a deadline. Answering with a product you earn from is the shortest distance between advice and revenue.
IT companies and system integratorsYou already install networks, hardware and point-of-sale terminals. Adding the software layer turns a one-off installation into a recurring line.
Business consultants and PROsYou are in the room when a company is being set up, which is exactly the moment the ERP decision is made and the cheapest moment to make it well.
Marketing and web agenciesYou build the store; someone has to run the stock, the invoices and the accounts behind it. That is a second sale you are currently handing to someone else.
Suppliers to a single sectorIf you sell to restaurants, clinics or workshops, one platform fits nearly all of them. A narrow book is easier to sell into than a broad one.
Before you apply
The questions serious partners ask first
Nothing. There is no joining fee, no stock to buy and no minimum commitment at either level. You invest your time and your relationships; we invest the demos, the delivery and the support.
It depends on the tier, the product and the size of the deal, and it is set out in the partner agreement rather than published here — a rate on a web page is a rate we would have to keep defending after it changes. Ask for the current schedule and we will send it the same day.
On collected revenue, not on signed contracts, and on a fixed monthly cycle set in the agreement. We do not pay on invoices the client has not settled, and we do not ask you to wait longer than that cycle once they have.
No. Migration, configuration, training and support are ours at every tier. Some partners choose to take the implementation themselves for a larger share; that is available, and it is a separate conversation.
A registered lead is protected for the period stated in your agreement, and the registration is timestamped when you submit it. If two partners register the same company, the earlier registration holds. This is written down, not assumed.
The products are built for Saudi compliance and that is where we support them, so the programme is for the Saudi market. If you have a genuine opportunity elsewhere, tell us what it is — we will give you a straight yes or no rather than a maybe.
Apply
Tell us who your clients are
We read every application. What we are looking for is not a big company — it is a real relationship with businesses that need this software. Tell us what you do, roughly how many clients you have and which products interest you, and a partner manager replies within one working day.
