The foundation

Cloud, double-entry accounting — not scattered spreadsheets

Most tax problems we fix are not disputes with the authority — they are disorganised books. So we always start here: a correct chart of accounts, disciplined classification, monthly bank reconciliation, and records that are audit-ready at any moment.

Monthly bookkeeping

Every transaction posted and classified, bank accounts reconciled, and the month closed on a fixed date.

Financial statements

Balance sheet, income statement and cash-flow statement — in a form your bank, investor and auditor all accept.

E-invoicing (Fatoora)

Connecting your system to the e-invoicing requirements and validating invoices before the authority rejects them.

Receivables & payables

Ageing analysis, a payment schedule and an early warning before cash gets tight.

Audit support

Preparing the audit file, answering the auditor's queries and closing findings before they become qualifications.

Catch-up & clean-up

If your books are a year or two behind, we rebuild them in the right order and regularise your position with the authority.

How it actually works

Your paperwork goes in one side. Filed returns come out the other.

Sales, purchases, payroll and bank statements land in a single ledger rather than four disconnected spreadsheets. Because everything is posted once, the VAT return, the Zakat file, the WPS upload and the monthly report are all built from the same numbers — and they agree with each other.

What lands in your inbox

One board, on the tenth, every month

Not a folder of spreadsheets. A single board showing what you sold, what you spent, what is owed to you and what is owed by you, with the compliance strip underneath so you can see at a glance whether anything is due. The figures below are an illustration of the format, not a client's results.

Tax & Zakat

Compliance is far cheaper than the penalty

The Saudi tax and Zakat regime is clear but unforgiving about lateness. Penalties are applied automatically, and late correction costs several times the original amount.

01 Value Added TaxRegistration, output and input tax calculation, preparing and filing returns on time, and handling refunds.
02 ZakatCalculating the Zakat base for companies subject to Zakat, filing the annual return and obtaining the certificate.
03 Income tax & withholdingIncome tax on the foreign investor's share, and withholding tax on payments to non-residents.
04 Certificates & objectionsObtaining the tax and Zakat certificates tenders require, and preparing objections to assessments.
ZATCA e-invoicing

What has to happen to every invoice you issue

Phase 2 is not a PDF with a QR code stuck on it. The invoice has to be generated in the required XML format, stamped, given a UUID, and either cleared with ZATCA before you hand it over (standard, B2B) or reported to them afterwards (simplified, B2C). We connect your system to Fatoora so this happens by itself.

Step 01 Invoice issued Step 02 XML generated Step 03 Stamped & hashed Step 04 Cleared or reported Step 05 QR on the copy Step 06 Archived 6 years
Payroll

The right salary, on the right date, with no violation

The Wage Protection System compares what you actually paid against what is registered in the contract. Any difference — in amount, date or job title — shows up as a violation that affects your visa quota.

  • Monthly payroll runBasic, allowances, deductions and overtime, with a payslip for every employee.
  • WPS fileBuilding, uploading and reconciling the file against Qiwa and GOSI before submission.
  • GOSI contributionsCalculating contributions and updating registered wages on every change.
  • End of serviceGratuity, leave balances and final settlement in line with the labour law.

The financial year

What lands on your desk, and when

Nothing on this ring is a surprise. It repeats every year, and we file from it rather than from your reminder.

Pricing is quoted after a short look at your books, because the honest number depends on transaction volume and how far behind you are. Ask and you will have it in writing the same week.

Straight answers

Questions we are asked every week

Registration is mandatory once your taxable supplies over twelve months pass SAR 375,000, and voluntary from SAR 187,500. The standard rate is 15%. If you are close to the threshold we watch it for you rather than waiting for you to notice.

Monthly if your annual taxable supplies exceed SAR 40 million, quarterly otherwise. Zakat or income tax is filed annually after the financial year closes. We keep a calendar per client and file from it.

It follows ownership. The Saudi and GCC-owned share of a company is subject to Zakat; the share owned by others is subject to corporate income tax. Mixed ownership means both, apportioned. We work out the split before your first filing, not after.

It is common and it is fixable. We start with a catch-up: rebuild the ledger from your bank statements and invoices, agree the opening balances with you, settle whatever is outstanding, and then move you onto the monthly routine. You will know the size of the problem within the first week.

Yes. If you already run a system we work in it. If you do not, or if it cannot meet ZATCA Phase 2, we can move you onto one of ours — and because we build those, the accounting and the software are answerable to the same team.

A named accountant who knows your file, backed by a reviewer who signs off before anything is filed. You get the same person month after month, and their number.

We review where you stand at no cost and tell you what it takes to become compliant — before you commit to any package.
