Build a career where the work is visible

Easy Solutions is a Saudi firm doing three things under one roof — company formation, financial and tax compliance, and the software our clients run their businesses on. That makes it a good place to learn quickly: you will see a client from the first meeting to the day their books close on time. We have four vacancies open right now.

Why work here

Six honest reasons, and no slogans

We would rather tell you what the job really involves than sell you a culture deck. If these six things sound like the working life you want, the roles below are worth your time.

01

Three practices, one company

Setup, finance and technology sit in the same building and talk to each other daily. You will understand a client's whole picture, not one slice of it — which is the fastest way anyone learns this business.

02

Our own software to learn on

Easy Hybrid ERP, EazyERP, UpCore CRM, Foodzy, UpCore PRO and WhatsEazy are ours. You get trained on real products with real customers, not on a demo that never ships.

03

Four offices, one team

Buraidah, Riyadh, Dammam and Hail. Where you sit is agreed with you before you start, and moving between offices later is a conversation, not an obstacle.

04

A named manager, not a queue

Every new joiner has one person responsible for them from day one — for training, for review, and for answering the question you would rather not ask a group chat.

05

Saudi nationals encouraged to apply

We are a Saudi company hiring for the long term and we welcome Saudi applicants for all four roles. Non-Saudi candidates need a transferable iqama.

06

Registered employment, properly done

Qiwa contract, GOSI registration, medical insurance and salaries through WPS — the same compliance we set up for our clients, applied to our own staff.

Open now

Four vacancies across three teams

Two Sales Executives, one Marketing Executive and one Accounting Manager. Each one lists what the job actually involves and exactly what we need you to bring — read the qualifications before you apply, because that is what we screen on first.

Sales Executive

Sales & Business Development
2 openings
  • Riyadh, Buraidah, Dammam or Hail
  • Full time
  • Office based, with client visits
  • Arabic and English

Two positions. You will sell the full range — company formation and GRO work, outsourced accounting and tax, and our own software — to owner-managed businesses in your region. This is a consultative sale to people who are busy running a company, so the job is as much about understanding their problem as it is about closing.

What you will do

  • Build and work your own pipeline of SMEs in your region
  • Run product demonstrations of Easy Hybrid ERP, UpCore CRM and WhatsEazy
  • Qualify the requirement properly before you quote, with our technical team
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate and close, then hand over cleanly to delivery
  • Visit clients on site and represent us at local business events
  • Keep every activity and opportunity current in the CRM
  • Own a monthly target and report against it honestly

Qualifications we need

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field — a diploma with a strong sales record is also considered
  • At least two years selling B2B in Saudi Arabia — software, accounting or business services
  • Fluent Arabic and working professional English, spoken and written
  • A demonstrable record of meeting targets — bring the numbers to the interview
  • Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel within your region
  • Confident with a CRM, quotations and basic commercial arithmetic
  • Saudi national, or a transferable iqama

What puts you ahead

  • ERP or SaaS sales
  • Knows ZATCA e-invoicing
  • An existing SME network
  • Government relations experience

Marketing Executive

Marketing
1 opening
  • Buraidah — head office
  • Full time
  • Office based
  • Bilingual writing required

One position. You will own how Easy Solutions looks and sounds — campaigns, content, the website and the product launches for six platforms. This is a hands-on role in a firm that sells to business owners, so the work is closer to clear, credible explanation than to brand theatre.

What you will do

  • Plan and run campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram and X, and measure what they returned
  • Write in Arabic and English — posts, landing pages, case studies and email
  • Produce short product videos, motion graphics and social artwork
  • Keep the website current through the admin panel, including SEO fields
  • Run e-mail and WhatsApp Business campaigns to our own list
  • Give sales the materials they ask for — decks, one-pagers, demo scripts
  • Report monthly on reach, leads and cost per lead

Qualifications we need

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, business or a related field
  • At least two years in digital marketing, preferably B2B, SaaS or professional services
  • Genuinely bilingual writing — natural Arabic copy, correct professional English
  • Hands-on with Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads, and with the analytics behind them
  • Working knowledge of design and editing tools — Canva or Adobe, plus basic video
  • SEO fundamentals and comfort working inside a CMS
  • A portfolio — send campaigns and copy you actually produced

What puts you ahead

  • Arabic copywriting for finance or technology
  • Motion graphics
  • HubSpot or Zoho Marketing
  • Event and exhibition experience

Accounting Manager

Financial & Tax Services
1 opening
  • Buraidah — head office
  • Full time
  • Team of four to six
  • Client facing

One position, and a senior one. You will run the outsourced accounting practice: the monthly close for a portfolio of client companies, the tax filings that go with it, and the small team that produces them. When a client is audited by ZATCA, you are the person in the room.

What you will do

  • Own the monthly close for a portfolio of client companies and for the firm itself
  • Review and approve VAT returns, Zakat files and withholding tax before submission
  • Supervise, review and develop a team of four to six accountants
  • Check WPS uploads and GOSI positions match payroll every month
  • Sign off the management reports clients receive on the tenth of each month
  • Keep the ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing archive complete and reconciled
  • Front ZATCA queries, audits and assessments on behalf of clients
  • Watch receivables and escalate what is ageing, with the evidence

Qualifications we need

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • At least five years in accounting, including two supervising other accountants
  • Current, practical knowledge of Saudi VAT, Zakat and withholding tax
  • Hands-on with ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing integration, not just the theory
  • Strong on at least one ERP — Easy Hybrid ERP, SAP, Odoo, Zoho or QuickBooks
  • Advanced Excel, and the discipline to reconcile before reporting
  • SOCPA registration, or eligible and willing to register
  • Fluent Arabic and professional English — you will write to clients in both

What puts you ahead

  • SOCPA fellowship
  • CMA, ACCA or CPA
  • Audit firm background
  • Multi-client outsourced bookkeeping
  • IFRS for SMEs

Salary, allowances and start dates are discussed at interview and set out in the Qiwa contract, so we do not publish a band we would then have to defend. Every role is a registered, full-time position with GOSI, medical insurance and salary through WPS.

How we hire

Four steps, and you hear back either way

Nobody enjoys applying into silence. We read every CV that arrives and we reply to every candidate, including the ones we do not take forward.

01

You apply

Send your CV through the form below or by e-mail, naming the role. Marketing candidates attach a portfolio; sales candidates bring their numbers.

02

A short call

Fifteen to twenty minutes to check the basics — experience, location, notice period and what you are looking for. Usually within a few days of applying.

03

Interview and a real task

One interview with the manager you would report to, plus a short practical exercise drawn from the actual job. It is paid attention, not a free project.

04

Offer and onboarding

A written offer, then the Qiwa contract, GOSI registration and insurance before your first day. Your manager has a two-week plan ready for you.

Before you apply

The questions candidates ask us

We hire Saudi nationals and candidates already in the Kingdom on a transferable iqama. We do not recruit from outside Saudi Arabia for these four roles.

Yes, for the sales and marketing roles — tell us in one line which requirement you do not meet and what you have instead. The Accounting Manager role is different: the degree, the five years and the current Saudi tax knowledge are genuinely required.

These are office-based roles. Sales spends a good part of the week with clients, and the accounting team works with documents and client calls that sit better in one room. Occasional remote days are agreed with your manager.

From application to offer is usually two to three weeks, most of it waiting for diaries to line up. If we are slower than that we will tell you why rather than leave you guessing.

Please do. Use the form below, say what you do and where you are, and we keep it on file — we open GRO, technical and support roles through the year and we look at what we already have first.
