Templates carry code for every feature their author imagined, whether you use it or not. On a Saudi mobile connection that difference is measured in seconds, and seconds are measured in lost enquiries.
Arabic is where templates break
Most templates treat right-to-left as a plugin. Line breaks, number formatting, icon direction and font fallbacks all fail in ways that make a company look careless to exactly the audience it is trying to win.
Integration is the real ceiling
The moment you want the website to write into your ERP, check live stock, or issue a compliant tax invoice, a template stops being cheap. Custom code has a boundary you control.
When a template is the right answer
