Three practices. One file. One owner.
Most companies juggle a PRO, an accountant and a developer — three suppliers who never speak to each other. We put them on one team: we form the entity, pull the licences, keep the books, file the returns, and build the systems the business actually runs on.
Our head office is in Buraidah, with offices in Riyadh, Dammam and Hail. We work inside Saudi Arabia only, and on its regulatory platforms every single day.
Six routes into the Saudi market
The structure you pick decides your ownership, capital, liability, tax position and how fast you can hire. We walk you through it before you pay a single fee.
Limited Liability Company
The most common vehicle. 100% foreign ownership in most activities, liability capped at capital, full freedom to hire and expand.
See details 02Branch of a Foreign Company
An extension of the parent, which carries full liability while the branch trades in the Kingdom under its own name.
See details 03Special Economic Zones
Designated zones with tax and customs incentives, simplified procedures and ownership flexibility — suited to manufacturing, logistics and tech.
See details 04Regional Headquarters
For multinational groups moving their regional base to the Kingdom, with a 30-year tax relief package for qualifying licences.
See details 05Premium Residency
A special residence permit letting you live, invest and own property without a local sponsor.
See details 06Entrepreneur Licence
A simplified route for startups through MISA and accredited accelerators, with lighter capital requirements.

- Audit and regulatory support
- A virtual CFO when you need one
ZATCA e-invoicing — Phase 2, done properly
Phase 2 is not a QR code on a PDF. It needs a live connection to the Fatoora platform, a cryptographic certificate, a digital signature, a UUID, a chained hash and compliant archiving. We handle the integration and onboarding end to end — whether your system is ours or someone else's.
- Fatoora onboarding and CSID certificates
- Simplified and standard tax invoices
- Digital signing, QR and hash chaining
- API integration with your existing system
- Audit-ready archiving and reporting
- Rejection monitoring and correction
Eight products, all of them ours
Five platforms and three add-ons, built in-house and supported by the same team that keeps your books. Nobody is reselling you someone else's licence and shrugging when it breaks.

Everything that touches your numbers, in one place
Your paperwork goes in one side. Filed returns come out the other.
Sales, purchases, payroll and bank statements land in a single ledger. Because everything is posted once, the VAT return, the Zakat file, the WPS upload and the monthly report are all built from the same numbers — and they agree with each other.
One service feeds the next
Setup to licence to books to e-invoice to the system you run on — six steps, and each one produces exactly the data the next one needs. That is why keeping them under one roof is cheaper and faster.
Four promises, and how we measure them
These are our own service levels — commitments about how we work, not predictions about your results.

A country rebuilding itself, on a deadline
Vision 2030 turned Saudi Arabia into the fastest-moving market in the region — new licences, new zones, new incentives, and new rules to keep up with. We are here, in four cities, and this is the only country we work in.
Why the world is entering Saudi Arabia now
Vision 2030 turned the Kingdom from an oil market into the region's largest economic build-out. These are the facts investors are acting on.
Read the full market view- 100% foreign ownershipAvailable in most sectors through a MISA licence — no Saudi partner required.

- The region's largest economyA large domestic market, a location linking three continents, and enormous public infrastructure spending.

Practical guides for building in Saudi Arabia
ZATCA has halved the e-invoicing threshold. If you billed SAR 187,500 in any year since 2022, you are in.
Wave 25 drops the bar to SAR 187,500 and the deadline is 1 February 2027. The measurement window reaches back to 2022, so a good year three years ago is enough to bring you in — even if this year is quiet.
Read article Employment 4 Aug 2026Saudization stopped being a headcount question. It is now a question about each job title.
Accounting climbs to 70% by 2028. Sales and marketing sit at 60%. Administrative support is at 100%. The old habit of managing one overall percentage no longer keeps you out of the red band.
Read article Finance 21 Jul 2026The Zakat regulation changed how your base is built. Most companies have not adjusted their books.
The base is now built from year-end closing balances, with assets and liabilities matched. Several new deductions were added — and a permanent establishment of a non-resident is no longer subject to Zakat at all.

Ask your questionFor an LLC with complete, attested documents, the MISA licence is usually issued within a few working days, followed by the Commercial Registration and articles of association. A realistic timeline from first meeting to a working bank account is four to eight weeks, and most delays come from document attestation in the home country.
In most activities, no. A MISA licence allows full foreign ownership. A limited number of sectors still require a local partner or a specific ownership split. We check your activity against the list before you pay anything.
It depends on the activity and the structure. Many service activities carry no high capital requirement, while trading, contracting and industrial activities do. We give you the actual figure for your activity in the written proposal.
Yes, and it is the part that matters most. We run bookkeeping, VAT and Zakat filings, payroll and WPS, GOSI, and licence and iqama renewals, with a monthly report showing what was done and what is coming.
We work inside Saudi Arabia, with offices in Buraidah, Riyadh, Dammam and Hail. Because most government transactions are completed online, we serve clients in other cities without needing you present — and we meet you at the nearest office when a step genuinely requires it.
